Add a specialist.
Extend what you sell.

You are always looking at what you can offer next. Something with real depth to it, that extends the work you already do well, gives you a reason to go back to clients you have, and gives you something distinct to bring to the ones you want.

I am the specialist you add for that. I work the executive functioning and information processing layer: how people take in information, think, learn, and function.

I build the visual structures, processes, and skills that turn what you teach into what people actually do.

Your client stays your client, and the work carries your name.

What I bring.

My work runs on the TADA framework: Think, Activate, Do, Adjust. Twenty-eight execution skills across four demands, each one named individually, each one with a move attached. Build it, or build around it.

Think. Take in information, make meaning, organize thinking, and deliver it so it can be received.

Activate. Define what done looks like, break the work into steps, sequence it, estimate it, and set up the conditions to start.

Do. Commit, initiate, follow through, sustain attention, manage time, and persist to finished.

Adjust. Monitor progress, catch errors, manage obstacles, change approach when it is not working, and apply what worked next time.

This depth usually takes one-to-one work that will not scale. I deliver it as a hands-on workshop, a keynote, or a build. Participants and clients customize their own tools and processes in real time and leave with something they can use next day.

How this works.

  • Subcontract inside an engagement you own. Partner when appropriate. White label under your brand. Co-delivery, when it helps to have the specialist in the room. License, when your team wants to run it themselves.

  • Scope, terms, and what the client sees all get settled before anything begins.

  • Every firm asks the same question first, so here is the answer. I will not take your clients. I work one narrow layer, and I work it under your name. The client relationship stays yours. Specialist, not competitor.

What this adds.

✓ A specialty area you can quote, sourced rather than built

✓ A deeper extension for clients you already have, and a reason to go back to them

✓ Something distinct to bring to clients you want

✓ Delivery that holds after the session, because people leave with the structures they use on Monday

✓ Subject matter depth without a hire

✓ Frameworks, foundations, and content already developed, with the rest built alongside your team

✓ Executive functioning, information processing, and neurodiversity expertise
